Date Night: Catching Fire & The Keg

On January 8, Jared and I took advantage of a night together and decided to go out on a date. We were so fortunate to be given some gift cards over Christmas so we used a gift card to the Keg to have a delicious dinner. Jared is a man so obviously he loves steak and his stomach was extremely happy that night. The food was delicious and it was nice to get out and talk face to face for a while. After dinner, we went over to Chinook Mall to go see Catching Fire, the second movie in the Hunger Games trilogy. I loved it! I am a huge fan of movies that stay true to the novel and I was not disappointed. Jared had also read the books and said that he enjoyed it too. It's nice to get out every once and a while and have some fun together as a couple, especially with our busy, and often opposite, schedules.
